The blogger of m&ab works in marketing agency-land (for now at least) in London, UK.  The blogger’s posts and thoughts do not reflect that of the blogger’s employers (past or present, of course).  Idealistic and cynical, blogger posts as blogger thinks and feels.

Marketing and advertising does not have to be evil, just look at examples such as Diary Milk’s Gorilla .  Advertising can spread artistic culture and happiness, like Sony Bravia’s Ball campaign.

The goal of marketers/advertisers should be to find the best deals for buyers and sellers and to ensure that both buyers and sellers get the best out of the deal.  It might even be utilitarianism…
